Firstly, congratulations on taking the first step to recovery, whether that be mental health, relationship problems or addiction. I know this was difficult, i know this path has been tough on you, let me ease the pressure a bit.
Here at Revive My aim is to work with you, and not just to have you sit and listen to me, I won't advise you, but I will Guide you if that is what you wish. my aim is that your sessions are person centred, that means each session is tailored around YOU!
My Story
I had suffered mental health issue most of my life stemming from childhood Trauma, but with the right help I got back on track. I couldn't have done it alone! that's for certain, but with the right help I now understand what is needed, I went out and got my level 3 diploma in counselling and now almost 2 years on I have been helping people through the same situations, I am ACCPH registered and accredited and looking to continue to change the face of mental health for many years to come. I can guarantee that one session with me will help you open up that all important line of communication, as human beings in today's society we don't go far without communication. and there's no need to feel anxious i offer telephone appointments and online consultations via Teams if required.
